Bloomington PantagraphState’s pension revamp on shaky ground, “A plan to force the state’s public sector workers to pay more for their pensions or get fewer retirement benefits remains a tough sell among many downstate lawmakers.”

  • Trib Local (Hinsdale)Middle school principal suspended for ‘inappropriate conduct’, “District officials would not provide specific details after the school board vote Thursday, but their resolution said Sonntag ‘violated board policies ethics, responsibilities concerning internal communications and access to electronic networks and acceptable use of electronic networks and has otherwise failed to comport himself with the standards appropriate for a public school principal.”
